Evalyo ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered exam preparation platform operated by Evalyo Technologies. Our platform is available at evalyo.in and related web and mobile properties. We provide diagnostic tests, chapter practice, AI question prediction, and performance analytics for students preparing for JEE Mains, NEET, and other competitive exams in India. 2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: • Account registration: name, email address, phone number (optional) • Profile data: target exam, preparation year, academic background • Test and practice responses: answers submitted, time taken, session data • Payment information: handled via third-party payment processors (Razorpay); we do not store card or UPI details We collect information automatically when you use our platform: • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks • Device data: browser type, OS, screen size, IP address • Performance telemetry: error reports, API response times We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, biometrics, or financial account details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: • Create and manage your account • Generate personalised diagnostic tests and performance reports • Improve our AI models and question prediction engine (using anonymised, aggregated data) • Send transactional communications (test results, account alerts) • Send marketing communications (only with your consent, opt-out available anytime) • Comply with legal obligations • Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including: • Cloud infrastructure (data stays within India where possible) • Payment processing (Razorpay) • Email communications (transactional and marketing) • Analytics and error monitoring (anonymised and aggregated) These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only as instructed by us. We do not share your individual data with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority.
6. Subscription Cancellation & Data Retention
Important: Account Deletion Not Available: Evalyo does not offer account deletion. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time, but your account will remain active on a FREE plan. If you wish to request complete data removal, see "Data Deletion Requests" below. Subscription Cancellation: How to Cancel: • Log into your account > Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription • Or email support@evalyo.in with your account details requesting cancellation We will process cancellation within 5 business days. What Happens After Cancellation: • Your paid subscription (PLUS/PRO) is immediately terminated • You retain FREE-tier access to the Platform • Your account profile, performance data, and test history remain accessible on your FREE account • You can resubscribe at any time Refunds – All Payments Are Final and Non-Refundable: Evalyo does not offer any refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including: • Cancellation within any timeframe (7 days, 30 days, or any other period) • Dissatisfaction with the service or unmet expectations • Unused subscription time or features • Technical issues or service disruptions • Change of mind or no longer needing the service There are NO exceptions to this non-refundable policy. Once you purchase a subscription, you cannot receive your money back. If you wish to stop paying, you may cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future charges but will not refund previous payments. Please review all features before purchasing to ensure the subscription meets your needs. Payment & Billing After Cancellation: • No further charges will be applied after cancellation date • We will confirm cancellation via email • Your payment method remains on file (for future resubscription); you can remove it from payment settings Data Retention While Account is Active: While your account remains active (even on FREE tier), we retain: • Account profile data (name, email, exam preference, registration date) • All test responses and performance history • Performance reports and analytics data • Study recommendations and progress tracking This allows you to maintain your study record if you reactivate a subscription later. Data Deletion Request (Voluntary Removal): Even though account deletion is not available, you may request COMPLETE data removal from our systems: Eligibility: • Your subscription must be cancelled (not active on any plan) • Your account must have no pending disputes, refund requests, or investigations • You must not have an outstanding balance How to Request: Email contact@evalyo.ai with: • Subject: "Complete Data Deletion Request" • Your registered email address • Reason for deletion (optional) • Confirmation that you understand consequences (see "What Gets Deleted" below) Processing: • We will confirm receipt within 5 business days • We will process deletion within 30 days of confirmation • You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete What Gets Deleted: After approval, the following will be PERMANENTLY removed: • Account profile (name, email, phone, preferences) • All test responses and answers • Performance reports and analytics • Study history and progress data • Performance recommendations What Does NOT Get Deleted (Legal Requirement): Even after deletion, we retain: • Payment history and transaction records: 7 years (GST and income tax compliance) • Fraud investigation records: Until resolved + 2 years (if applicable) • Dispute or complaint records: 5 years (consumer protection and legal defense) • Anonymised, aggregated data used for product analytics (no personal identifiers) Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will NOT be able to recover your performance data or resubscribe to resume your study history.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data • Deletion: request erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations) • Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format • Objection: object to processing for marketing or legitimate interest purposes • Withdraw consent: for any consent-based processing To exercise any right, email contact@evalyo.ai. 8. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to: • Maintain your session and authentication state • Remember your preferences • Understand how you use the platform (analytics) You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect functionality. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell browsing data.
9. Children's Privacy
Our platform is intended for students aged 15 and above (typically JEE/NEET aspirants in Class 11, 12, or gap year). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at contact@evalyo.ai.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures including: • HTTPS for all data in transit • Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest • Access controls and audit logging • Regular security reviews No system is 100% secure.
